Yesterday, I had a procedure. One of those where you get really good meds, fall asleep, and don't even dream!For me, it doesn't take a lot of anesthesia, and I'll sleep off and on, all day long.
This morning, getting ready to take a shower... I found two of those sticky patches, they hook you up to monitors with, still on my body. Thinking fast, I DID NOT try to remove them. It had been on for a full 24 hours. Surely it was going to really hurt.
I was contemplating wearing it, until IT fell off.
I wore it into the shower, and thanks to Olay body wash, with exfoliating ribbons, they eventually came off. It took a bit of work! For one of them, I thought I was going to have to resort to plan B, Pam cooking spray. I do think remnants of adhesive are still on my side.
Those things stick like gorilla glue!

I love the photo that you managed to get - that adds so much to the story! :)
I hope everything is okay. I think I would have drawn and deep breath and yanked.
