This week has been cold and rainy, with dull, cloudy skies. Pretty much... our weather has been the pits, and was giving me the blues!
Today the sun is shining, although it's a little breezy, the temperature promises to be a little more than 20 degrees warmer than yesterday! It's a complete turn around. Yes, I'm Phil Robertson Happy, Happy, Happy!
What goes with nice weather and plenty of sunshine? You guessed it... Bubbles!
For some strange reason, I woke up this morning with bubbles on the brain. I wanted to make them. My kids are no longer little and may, or may not be interested in blowing bubbles. But that didn't stop me from making a gallon. Before making breakfast, I whipped up one of three bubbles recipes below, I found on Pinterest.
Super Giant Bubbles - I chose to make this recipe because I had all the ingredients, and it is new to me.
Simple Homemade bubbles - This recipe I've used for my children numerous times, it's okay.
My favorite bubble recipe - This one is the same as the second one, but has a glycerin option. Glycerin makes better bubbles than corn syrup.
So what did I do with that gallon of bubbles? I gave them to two of the cutest little girls around, along with a few bubble wands I kept just in case of emergencies.
What do you do when the weather is beautiful?

You mean you didn't get a wire hanger to make the wand like my grandmother used to do??? And then not give us a picture??? Arrrrgggghhh!!! I just love to be out in the weather.
