I have hair. And I hate it!
My middle daughter convinced me to let my hair grow. The last time I got a hair cut was in May, the week of my birthday. Our agreement is I not cut it until my birthday 2012. Since having kids, it's been so much easier to have very short hair. And I prefer short short hair. It makes me look younger.
In 2005, I let my hair grow out to a bob, and I liked it. It short lived. Now that my hair is in that funky in-between stage, I can do nothing with it. I don't have a style to speak of, and that bothers me.
Last night, I had a crazy idea... roll it. I've not worn hair rollers is years! The above picture is the result of hair rollers. If I can't figure out a style that doesn't remind me of someones grandmother, it's coming all off.
I really like to wear my hair like this...

I with you LaTonya. I'm in a grow out phase too. I think I'll be okay once we have some consistent cool weather. If I don't like it by spring when it starts to cool off then I am cutting it short again. The thing is though my face look chipmunky with short short, so it makes me need to lose weight. UGH. By the way, my SIX year old told me he liked my hair better long (with only a photo for his reference). Why are we listening to our kids?
P.S. Your grow out is cute and I'm telling the truth. Let's push it until Spring. By then you can make it 'til your birthday ;-)
