I don't know if you know... but there's this really cool site *insert Valley Girl here* and I contribute there regularly. *Okay, stop with the Valley Girl, it's getting on my nerves.*

The cool site is My Blogalicious. You've seen it, I know you have. But in case you haven't check out my post this week, "Plantains - Fried Or Fritters." While you're there, take your shoes off, relax a while, and read post by the other Editorialista's (I love that word).
